Sponsor Feature: 4th Tap Brewing
This has been posted at the top of the page already, but I wanted to also mention in a post how thankful I am that the event is being sponsored by 4th Tap Brewing Co-Op.
If you don’t know 4th Tap, they’re a worker owned cooperative located in North Austin. They’re a huge supporter of Austin’s creative community, ranging from frequent performances by local opera companies to stand up artists to wrestling. Also, I got married there. So, I’m obviously super happy to be able to share their beer with everyone at the event coming up on June 3rd.

Soundspace Listening Event
You’ll be able to listen to The Opposite of Forecasting at the next edition of Soundspace, Steve Parker’s immersive musical experience that happens at the Blanton Museum of Art. These are always really fun events, and I’m really excited to be a part. The theme of this one is Transmissions, and it will be considering the history of radio “as a medium to share propaganda, mass culture, and underground music.”
You can find more information here. As it will be happening on the same day as the performances, you can swing by the Museum of Human Achievement later, hear how the weather’s changed since then, and catch some great performances.
